Terms of Service
Last updated: July 18, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern use of the Funeral Analytics platform (“the Service”), software provided to funeral homes to manage arrangements, cases, payments, and communication with the families they serve. By using the Service — as a funeral home, a member of its staff, or a family member interacting with a funeral home through it — you agree to these Terms.
The Service
Funeral Analytics provides record-keeping, arrangement, payment, and communication tools to licensed funeral homes. The funeral home you interact with — not Funeral Analytics — is the provider of all funeral goods and services, and is responsible for its arrangements, pricing, disclosures, and compliance determinations.
SMS / Text Messaging Terms
Funeral homes using the Service may offer conversational text-message updates about your arrangements. By checking the text-message consent box when providing your phone number (or asking your funeral home to enable text updates), you agree to receive such messages from the funeral home serving you, delivered through the Funeral Analytics platform.
- Message frequency varies based on your arrangement activity.
- Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
- Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact support@funeralanalytics.com.
- Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
- Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Accounts and Acceptable Use
Funeral home users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and for activity under their accounts. The Service may not be used to send unlawful, deceptive, or unsolicited communications, or in violation of applicable law, including telephone consumer protection laws.
Payments
Payments made through the Service are processed by third-party payment processors. Card numbers are transmitted directly to the processor and never touch Funeral Analytics servers. Refunds and billing disputes for funeral goods and services are between you and the funeral home.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Funeral Analytics disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
