FA Funeral Analytics

Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 18, 2026

Funeral Analytics (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides software that funeral homes use to manage arrangements, cases, payments, and communication with the families they serve. This policy describes what information we collect through the Funeral Analytics platform, how it is used, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

When a funeral home uses our platform to serve you, we process information you or the funeral home provide, which may include: contact details (name, email address, phone number), information about the arrangements being made, and payment records. Payment card numbers are processed by our payment providers and never touch our servers.

How We Use Information

We use this information solely to operate the platform on behalf of the funeral home you are working with: creating and managing arrangement records, processing payments, sending service-related communications, and maintaining the security and audit integrity of those records. We do not sell personal information.

SMS / Text Messaging Program

If you check the text-message consent box when providing your phone number during online arrangements (or ask your funeral home to enable text updates), you consent to receive conversational text messages about your arrangements from the funeral home serving you, sent through the Funeral Analytics platform. These are service messages — for example, updates about your arrangement, receipts, and replies to questions you text to your funeral home. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except as required to deliver the messages (our SMS carrier partners) or as required by law.

How Information Is Protected

Records are protected with encryption in transit, role-based access controls, and a tamper-evident audit log of access and changes. Sensitive personal identifiers are redacted from operational logs.

Retention

Arrangement records are retained on behalf of the funeral home in accordance with applicable recordkeeping requirements, including the FTC Funeral Rule, and the funeral home’s own retention policies.

Your Choices

To access, correct, or request deletion of your information, contact the funeral home you worked with, or reach us at support@funeralanalytics.com and we will route your request appropriately.
